    - Tree Juice Maple Syrup™ is made in the Catskills Mountains in New York, the Fairbairn family have owned and operated this 100+ acre farm since the 1930’s.

-Maple sap is boiled over a traditional wood-fired evaporator which turns it into our special sweet stuff!

    - We add whole Madagascar vanilla bean pods to our pure maple syrup, and allow it to age for a month which infuses the syrup with an incredibly smooth vanilla flavor.

My mother's family had a maple farm. They also had dairy cows, chickens.
I started going with grandpa when he collected sap from cans hung off the taps. He had a 2 team horses on a wood sley wagon. He'd let me drink from a can, I was hooked!
Then came the sugar shack, it was heaven, he'd pore some syrup on the snow!
Love maple coffee in the morning.
Been a customer here with tree juice for awhile, this Is the top line for maple!

    Delish!

We ordered the sample pack originally and had to go back and order a large bottle of the vanilla because it was our favorite.

    Vanillaicious!!

I use Tree Juice’s delectable vanilla-infused maple syrup every morning in my vaniila maple latte. I love this small business and I have been a fan since I met these guys at a folk festival where they had a tent. Since then, I have no other maple syrup in my pantry.
