Tree Juice Maple Syrup™ is made in the Catskills Mountains in New York, the Fairbairn family have owned and operated this 100+ acre farm since the 1930’s.

We take our 100% Pure Tree Juice Maple Syrup™ and fill locally sourced oak Rye Whiskey barrels. The syrup then ages and draws the Whiskey flavor from the oak cask walls. The result is a unique character of spice and complexity.

Uses: glazed fish/roasted vegetables, drizzled over warm brownies or icecream.

What an amazing flavor, this is. It reminds me of bacon, for some reason 🥓. I do prefer the darker maples, and this is on the lighter side. Even that, doesn’t take away from this beautiful flavor. My search is over. Tree Juice for life 🥰

Haven't had it but I know without a doubt I will love it, as I do with all the other syrups that I have bought for you. I also appreciate the note in my box about a repeat customer. I will continue.

A little too sweet.

Would like product to a a little less sweet

Flavoring is subtle but fantastic

Not a strong rye whiskey taste at the front of the mouth but definitely whiskey aroma and flavor as it finishes at the back of the mouth. A perfect mix...not overpowering but very apparent and welcomed addition. I am very much a maple syrup purist but this is a great combination. Now looking for other ways to use this as flavoring/sweetener. Mixed with butter for a final dressing on a steak.
