    - Tree Juice Maple Syrup™ is made in the Catskills Mountains in New York, the Fairbairn family have owned and operated this 100+ acre farm since the 1930’s.

-We take our 100% Pure Tree Juice Maple Syrup™ and fill locally sourced oak bourbon barrels. The syrup then ages and draws the Bourbon flavor from the oak cask walls. The result is a rich tasting maple syrup with a hint of smokey oak, bourbon and caramel.

-Uses: glazed pork/salmon/roasted vegetables, drizzled over oatmeal or icecream.

    INGREDIENTS: 100% Pure Maple Syrup

    Much yum!

I think this is my favorite of the flavored offerings. It's warm and sweet, and a wonderful topping for my pancakes and waffles.

I baked Japanese bread and put melted butter and The Bourbon barrel aged maple syrup on my bread. I’ve been making bread every week now. My husband I couldn’t stop eating. The maple syrup have really deep and thick flavors and soak into my bread well. It’s very good maple syrup. I also bought small size maple syrup bottles to my friends and families in Japan and they loved them .

    I'm really quite mad...

because my budget is super tight these days and I could definitely buy cheaper maple syrup at my local market but Tree Juice has absolutely ruined all other maple syrup for me. It's like I had been eating cardboard my whole life and suddenly experienced toast - that's what it's like having had maple syrup my entire life but never knowing what it's really supposed to taste like. Fortunately/unfortunately I don't think I can ever go back to "regular" maple syrup again. So thanks, I guess. :)

    You're welcome ;) lol
