Grade Sample Pack
This Tree Juice Maple Syrup Grade Sample Pack includes all 4 Grade A New York Pure Maple Syrups.
We typically make our lighter syrup in the beginning of the maple season (Feb-Apr). As temperatures rise the maple sap transforms, producing our darker grades. They all have the same sugar content, but each has a unique flavor profile.
Is one better than the other??? That's for you to decide but we think they are all amazing.

GOLDEN color, Delicate maple flavor, mild and subtle. Fabulous on your pancakes or ice cream.
AMBER color, Rich maple flavor, medium bodied. One of the most popular table syrups. (Jake's favorite!)
DARK color, Robust maple flavor, full bodied and our most popular variety. Superb in coffee and everything else!
VERY DARK color, Strong maple flavor, super dark and flavorful. Excellent for cooking or baking. (Ryan's favorite)
